Did you know that according to Gallup's recent State of the American Workplace report, only 31% of American workers are engaged at work? That means 69% of people showing up at work are not engaged, "They are just there."

Gallup's President and CEO calls it "... a crisis of American productivity that's affecting our economy". This is our culture today, and it's not only affecting business. So what's our responsibility as business owners, employees, educators and committed community members? Join us for this engaging conversation focused on 4 simple steps to create positive change that will elevate ourselves and our results.

Bio on Kim Cruz, CEO and Founder of Center for Integrative Leading

If you want to build a strong and thriving company, focus on values and culture. The vision of the Center for Integrative Leading is to elevate business results and performance by growing global consciousness and awareness of business leaders, one organization at a time. Why? Business is a major source of community and global influence. When leaders elevate their own awareness, they become more highly evolved decision makers who are interested in how their decisions impact the whole - People, Planet and Prosperity – and increase their business results significantly. At Center for Integrative Leading, we accomplish that mission when we partner with organizational leaders to create high-performing, fulfilling cultures. Organizational culture is the origin of most challenges your company faces, including employee engagement, business results, successful delivery of high-stakes change initiatives, and leadership. Ultimately, the level of your ability to scale your team and organizational growth is directly related to the culture you have nurtured, intentionally or by omission. To accomplish change and improve business results, we must create a disruption of our beliefs and values that drive behavior, then take action to create change.

“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.”~ Albert Einstein
