Although I provide counseling for various needs, my emphasis lies in counseling people who have experienced grief or loss related to a death or divorce; and people who have chronic pain that may be stress related. Have you suffered a loss and feel overwhelmed? The loss may be a divorce, or death of a spouse, relative, friend, pet; or it may be the loss of a parent to dementia or entering a care facility; the loss of one's own independence, freedom or mobility due to natural aging. It is very hard, I know.
Or are you experiencing some sort of chronic pain? Depending upon the cause-emotional stressors, fear and/or anxiety--chronic pain may be minimized or even eliminated through counseling.
You may request a free 20 minute consultation either at my office or in the comfort of your own home if needed. At that time, if you decide we are a good client/counselor fit, we can continue with a 50 minute session. Relief can begin with the first session. I'm here to help.
