ONGOING EVENTS
Nov/DecDonate your change to various Christmas in Berthoud 2009 cans at local stores.
NovemberDonate canned food to the Canstruction Coordinators at Five Stones so BHS and TMS students can make sculptures. Visit our website for specific types of cans that we'll need for the sculptures. Food will be donated to local food banks after event is judged on December 5th.

Now-12/15Christmas Decorating & Spirit Contest Light up our town by decorating your home or business and win prizes! Four awards will be given at the end of the event:
1. Business who best exhibits/portrays the best Christmas spirit.
2. Business who has the best Christmas decorations inside and out.
3. Home that has the best outdoor Christmas decorations.
4. Group that raises the most money for the event.
Judging will take place on December 15th and winners will be announced on the weekend of the 20th. If participants want to be judged, they'll need to contact the Christmas in Berthoud Planning Team.
Nov 9 - Dec 12Berthoud Library "Food for Fines". Each food item donated will equal $1.00 in over-due fines. Please donate non-perishable items that will add to a family's festive holiday table.
Nov 2 - Dec 15Berthoud Library "Hat, Mitten & Scarf Tree". Donate your new or gently used hats, mittens, and scarves to our festive Christmas tree in the lobby. Knitting classes will be held soon. Contact the Library for more information.

10:00am-8:00pm"Canstruction" High School and Middle School Sculpture Display at Five Stones. Stop by and judge your favorite sculpture. Donated cans of food are used to create 3D sculptures and once judging is over, food is donated to local food banks.

Sunday, December 6th 
2:00pmFestival of Trees Silent Auction Winners announced. Winners can pick up trees and wreaths that were bid on at Grace Place during this time or make arrangements with the Grace Place office to pick up later. Winners at offsite locations can make pick-up arrangements with business owners at their convenience.
After Event
Tuesday, Dec 15 4:00pmAll Christmas in Berthoud 2009 Collection Cans and financial donations should be at Home State Bank by 4:00pm. Roger Bates will tally funds and work with delivery team for dispersion of funds.
Dec 18-20Christmas in Berthoud Gift Delivery. Jennifer Miller, Police Officer Jeremy Yachik, and Kim Land of Grace Place are coordinating delivery of food, toys, and gift cards to Berthoud families in need.
