I (we) understand that participation in the Berthoud Day activi ties including but not limited to the parade, is accompanied by certain risks. In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I (we) waive and release the Town of Berthoud, The Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce, Fire Department, and other organizations and persons participating in this event from liability proximately caused by their negligence. I (we) agree to indemnify and defend all organizations and persons from liability arising from my (our) participation in the activities of Berthoud Day.

The Berthoud Day Parade will kick off at 11:00am. Participants may begin to line up at 10:00am. The parade will follow its usual path up Mountain turn north on 8th and over to 9th on Franklin. This is the 54th Annual Berthoud Day and there is NO specific theme. If there is no construction, line up will be on 2nd Street, if construction is an issue, line up will be on 3rd Street.
