I (we) understand that participation in the Berthoud Day activities are accompanied by certain risks. In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I (we) waive and release the Town of Berthoud, the Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce, Fire Department and all other organizations and persons participating in this event from liability proximately caused by their negligence. I (we) agree to indemnify and defend all organizations and persons from all liability arising from my (our) participation in the activities of Berthoud Day.

The Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce extends an invitation to participate in the 54th Annual Berthoud Day activities in Berthoud Town Park. There is a Parade starting at 11:30am with the Berthoud Park festivities beginning around noon. Set-up starts at 8am. CHECK IN at the announcement booth Saturday morning to CONFIRM your space assignment PRIOR to setting up. Booths must be set up by 11am with tear down between 7 and 8pm. Vendors will be located on the baseball field. You supply your own tent or canopy, table and chairs. Park your vehicles at Ivy Stockwell Elementary School located just south of the park. A letter will be sent out by May 29th with your booth assignment.
Please be advised that the food vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one food vendor of a particular food item will be allowed. Food vendors, be aware that the Larimer County Health Department WILL be in attendance and Special Event Guidelines are followed. You will need to have your forms filled out and mailed in to Larimer County 10 days prior to this event. When you register, I can send you these forms if you need.
